Vales Dona Amélia White Wine 2022

Tasting note:

Vales Dona Amélia White Wine 2022 is a pale straw yellow in colour. Balsamic aroma, hay, sweet vegetable. Tropical yellow fruit. Candied orange peel. Bitter on the palate, fresh but rough. Medium length.

Firstly, the grapes are carefully selected from a few plots and harvested by hand, followed by the traditional foot treading in granite presses, then the wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, with battonage.

In other words, to drink this wine is to witness all the passion with which it was made, and to enjoy a good wine moment.

Serve at 8-10ºC.

Grape varieties: 50% Rabigato, 50% Arinto.
