The prolonged ageing in casks and wooden casks gives it unique qualities and characteristics. It is limpid and blondy, with greenish shades and concentration to the point of revealing some viscosity.

Its aroma is equally impressive for its complexity and for the time it takes in the glass to reveal its full potential; it shows notes of iodine, almonds, wood, spices, dried fruits and nuts, toasted aromas, smoke, coffee, toasted bread, chocolate and dried herbs.

The flavour is closed, sweet, velvety, complex and complete in acidity and sweetness, in a unique harmony; it ends with an emphasis on almonds, roasted coffee and toast. Persistent, balanced, fresh and pleasant.
