Tasting Notes:

Citrine yellow colour and shiny appearance. Very fine and persistent bubble; austere aroma with tenuous notes of brioche and yeast. On the palate it impresses with its good acidity and remarkable texture which gives it an enormous gastronomic aptitude.

Serve at 6-8ºC of temperature.

Grape Variety: Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Rabigato e Gouveio.
