Tasting note: 

It presents an open ruby colour and an intense, complex aroma, different from anything normal in today’s red wines. When we take the wine to the mouth, we have a pleasant surprise, because the apparent fragility that the colour raises is belied by a powerful structure, a good acidity and a long and complex finish.

Quinta Dos Termos Talhão da Serra Red Wine 2019 is ideal for Roasted meats, grilled meats, oven-roasted sausages, pasta with tomato sauce.

Serve between 16-18ºC of temperature.
