Tasting note: 

Loaded ruby colour, clear appearance and great depth. The aroma is attractive, terpenic and very different from the usual. In the tasting, it presents an irreverent mouth roughness and a beautiful acidity, which give it a special gastronomic aptitude and great capacity for aging in bottle.

Quinta Dos Termos Red Wine O Mistério 2017 is ideal for Roasted Lamb, sausages, stewed or roasted beef, braised pork cheeks, game dishes, cheese from the Serra.

Serve between 16-18ºC of temperature.

Grape variety: Tinto Cão and Petit Verdot.
