Tasting note:

The 2020 surprised us with an Alicante Bouschet of great concentration, red fruit wrapped in spicy notes, with great freshness, grip and structure, worthy of a careful 12-month aging in French oak barrels that brought us greater complexity and refinement.

A wine that shows the versatility of the variety and the terroir of the Quinta do Monte Bravo in the Rio Torto Valley.

Quinta do Monte Bravo Alicante Bouschet Red Wine 2020 is ideal for roasted Goat, stewed or roasted beef, braised pork cheeks, game dishes, cheese from the Serra.

Serve between 16-18ºC of temperature.
