NOMEDA Reserva White Wine 2023

Tasting notes:

This is a wine with minimal intervention, respecting the natural profile of the grape variety. To achieve this, fermentation was spontaneous with indigenous yeasts and temperature control.

It has an elegant yellow colour with greenish reflections and a bright appearance. The nose reveals subtle wood, orange blossom and white-fleshed fruit, the result of fermentation and ageing for 9 months in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats.
On the palate, it reveals a striking minerality, elegance and complexity, good concentration and balanced acidity, with a long and persistent finish.

Given its characteristics, NOMEDA Reserva White Wine 2023 is ideal for accompanying fatty fish dishes (salmon, tuna), octopus, river fish, and ‘meaty’ seafood (lobster, crab, prawns).

Terroir: Meda.

Serve at a temperature of between 12 and 14ºC.

Grape variety: Rabigato.
