Galhofa Sparkling Brut 2020 Douro DOC

Tasting Notes:

Bright citrus yellow colour. Very fine, persistent bubbles; fresh, floral aroma with faint notes of brioche and yeast. Light and complex fruit flavours on the palate, leaving a delicate and lingering taste with lots of brioche notes in the mouth, resulting in a velvety mousse and acidity, well proportioned and very well integrated. Persistent, delicious and very tasty.

Galhofa Espumante Bruto 2020 Douro DOC is an aperitif par excellence, although it has enormous gastronomic aptitude. Due to its acidity and freshness, it is excellent with strong dishes, fatty fish and red meats.

Serve at a temperature of 6-8ºC.

Grape variety: Malvasia Fina, Viosinho and Rabigato.
