Champagne Michel Gonet Blanc de Blancs

Tasting note:

A wine that is both fruity and gourmand. It shows the typical characteristics of the Vindey and Montgueux terroirs from which it comes: notes of fresh fruit and white flowers and a pleasant roundness.

Fermentation at low temperature without malolactic fermentation. Minimum ageing in barrels to maintain the fruity and fresh aromas.

Serve at a temperature of 08-10ºC.

Varieties: Chardonnay.
