CARM Maria de Lourdes White Wine 2019
This harvest has allowed us to obtain a very fresh and complex wine, with citrus fruit, in harmony with discrete floral nuances and strong mineral notes typical of the “terroir”, complexed by slight notes of wood. “Battonage” for a long period gives it a surprising volume in the mouth. Very long, fresh and mineral finish. It is an ideal white to accompany all kinds of fish, shellfish or white meats.
Serve at 12-14ºC of temperature.
Grape varieties: Gouveio (40%), Rabigato (30%), Viosinho (30%).
