Deep ruby colour, limpid appearance and great depth. The aroma is attractive, distinctive and with some complexity, creating strong expectation for the tasting. In the tasting, it stands out for its balance and elegance, the strength of the tannins, the freshness of the acidity, the slightly astringent texture and the final persistence that give it a special gastronomic aptitude and great capacity for aging in bottle.

Quinta Dos Termos Red Wine A Surpresa 2019 is ideal for roasted lamb, sausages, stewed or roasted beef, stewed pork cheeks, game dishes, cheese from the Serra.

Serve between 16-18ºC of temperature.
