Vale da Cerdeira Olive Oil is grown and produced in its entirety under the Organic Production Mode, without any application of phytodrugs or synthetic fertilizers.
Maintenance pruning is performed every two years.
It is produced without any type of irrigation, being an olive grove in dry farming, which allows to maintain the quality of the olive.
It is bottled in its own organically certified mill and in cold production mode, not exceeding 25 º centigrade temperature. In this way, it is possible to maintain all the properties of the olive oil, produced from Cobrançosa, Madural, Verdeal or Cordovil olives, characteristic of the upper Douro landscape. This symbiosis gives the olive oil a different and unique flavor, characteristic of this region.
