SOUVALL Rosé Wine 2022

Tasting Notes:

Pink colour, complex and elegant. In the aroma red fruit stands out. Its palate is rich showing a very delicate and fresh character. With soft tannins very well integrated. It has a long and persistent finish.

The vineyards and winery are located in Vale-Flor, a centennial parish in the municipality of Meda. Subject to a particular mountain microclimate, the vineyards are planted between 600 and 750 metres above sea level on thin granite soils which give rise to low yields.

SOUVALL Rosé Wine 2022 is ideal with grilled fish dishes, codfish, sushi, salads, Italian dishes and light cheeses.

Serve at 6-10ºC of temperature.

Grape variety: Tinta Barroca.
