The colour is citrine yellow and the appearance is crystalline. The aroma is delicate, austere, with the character of the variety in the Upper Douro of altitude. In the mouth it surprises for its good structure, creaminess and excellent acidity, which gives it an excellent gastronomic aptitude.
Serve between 8-10ºC of temperature.
